How to troubleshoot JLab JBuds Air Not Connecting to Each Other
This is the common issue that many people ask that my JLAB JBuds Air earbuds are disconnected from each and they want to know the fixing solution. So here is a guide that you can follow and implement to fix this issue.
First Step: First of all, go to your Bluetooth device (media device) settings and click on (ℹ ) beside the JBuds Air. You can then click Forgot the Device on this screen.
Second Step: Now open the charging case door and let both earbuds remain inside the charging case. Now start with the one earbud, tap the 4x times on the button area of the earbud, and then the light will blink blue four times and then turn solid blue.
Third Step: Repeat the same method on the second earbud. Quickly tap the 4x times the button area of the earbud and then the light will blink blue 4x times and then turn solid blue.
Fourth Step: In the final stage of troubleshooting, take both earbuds from the charging case and keep them within 2 inches from each other and wait for the left earbud to turn solid white and the Right earbud to blink blue and white.
Now you are ready to pair your JLab JBuds Air with a Bluetooth device.
