Samsung has recently launched an update to their Galaxy Buds 2 in form of their Pro version. The interesting thing is that they are too pricy considering the price of Galaxy Buds 2. If you want to upgrade to the pro version, It is very likely that you do not have any problem with the build quality, at least with Samsung TWS. The Galaxy buds 2 are glorified to have 20 hours of total playtime. With ANC, The earbuds run 4.5-5 hrs in our usage. While in the Pro version, The earbuds have the same performance but the case is a little more accommodative, only 3 hours more.
For Charging, Both support wireless charging, None of these have
Fast/Quick/Rapid charging. So you will again have to wait for charging. Can’t figure out, why Samsung doesn’t focus on something impressive.

The main battle begins when it comes to Sound quality. Now to mention first, If you are not an audiophile, You can continue with your Samsung Galaxy Buds 2. Because you would find both impressive as both have 360 Sound support with Dolby head tracking. The Samsung settings app provides Equalizer controls too. The game starts when you start caring more for Bass, Treble, Mids, Peaks, and Lows accuracies.
The melodies become more vibrant when the frequency is accurate. Bass is Optimum but more accurate in the Pro version. The treble is the same and similarly accurate. Mids are more accurate in the Pro version. While lows and peaks are of the same accuracy. This is not worth spending more amount for sure.
What next comes is the Active Noise Cancellation and Ambient mode. Which is far better than Samsung Galaxy Buds 2. Although these have ANC and Ambient modes, The Galaxy Buds 2 is unable to reduce the high-frequency noises. Although not distracting, the noises used to bother me. Now, It doesn’t happen with the Pro version. The Noise cancellation is even more accurate and filters even higher frequencies. And the Ambient mode is more clear.
